Mag 254 - IPTV channel issue

Good morning everyone

I have purchased a Mag 254 and have since then downloaded a m3u file with the channels that I am looking for. I have added that file into the Mag 254 and exported it to my Iptv channel list.

Once I go to the channel list and click into a channel it works fine for around 30 seconds and then stops and goes back to the channel list. Would you be able to help?

I have set up manual dns as 8.8.8.8 and have given 20sec buffering, tried to look everywhere but cannot seem to find an answer.

we cannot really help if you are using a custom m3u list.. it is likely be that your list is just full of crappy sources, as all free m3u list links tend to be... its suggested you donate to rocket, nfps or iks66 if you want something that is more reliable (and yeah i know there have been issues lately, but its still a lot more reliable than the free garbage)

I thought that was the case, however is it normal that just goes back to the channel list?

Could it be an issue with the internet speed? I have a 9mb's internet.
