MAG 254 - Internet Provider Lock

Configured box for somebody else in my home and it won't work in his home. Internet Provider Lock is Disabled, did IPTV Reset and still the same. Works flawlessly in my home.
Can somebody help ?.

go back to website and delete the MAC
Then tell buddy to disconnect his receiver. Then do an IPTV reset at the website. Then go back in and re-add the MAC again. Then another IPTV reset and then tell friend to check for results.
