MAG 254 Errors

I have 2 Mag 254 with the following errors

• Please contact your service provider to register this device

the other

• cannot get pass authentication part although iam using the corret Donation number assigned to the device it use to work before but it stopped suddenly. is there anyway to reset the Donation number ??

I have a 254 with the same prob can't get passed login. I got donation from rocket can't get ans from them. thanks for any help. been out 2 wks
