don't know, maybe lightning? I cant get anything out of it except the blue light

plug it up and hold down menu see if it comes back if so look in reset

I have the same issue. Box worked fine until I installed iks66 subscription info. Now box is dead and the clock is ticking on my donation. Tried holding Menu button during power up without success. Any further suggestions?

From suggestions found on the iptvtalk.net forum, I used a Component cable (NOT the HDMI cable) and the menu button/power up sequence to access the bios setup and change the video setting from PAL to NTSC. I now have the MAG 254 operational.
