Mac Address Could not be Updated

I have got an email with a new donation number. Unfortunately the MAC address assigned is: 00:00:00:00:00:00

And of course I can not change it !!!

Any help ???

Yep a shame they still selling donations when the service is not even working and all them days it dont work well they just gone.
