M8S stuck on clock and dial pad widget screen

Hello all,

I just got a M8S love the box so far but today when I booted it up, instead of the normal block home page it went to a screen showing a clock and a dial pad screen (assuming a widget screen). I cannot get out of it. It responds to mouse and remote but no matter what I do, I cant get away from this screen, like back to the home screen. I tried pulling down/up and side to side on the screen to hopefully pull away from it but I can't.

Any suggestions,

Never mind I remembered I put a pin code on it to use VPN. All good now.

I've got the same problem. Can you tell me what pin code you used?

Pin was the same problem here. I took a couple shots at it and unlocked my box. All is fine again.

My box is stuck on same page it also says connect charger I don't know what charger they are talking about and I have tried the only two passwords I use they don't work

Hi Joycard,

I have the same problem as you had and I just had a weeks trial with IPVanish so possibly that is the problem. Could you tell me how you managed to get past those screens in order to add your code or password! Or did you type it into the dialpad?
