dont think it is a server issue because check on my avov fuse and i have audio on all channels

I have no audio 3days now on IKS66 only my Avov has audio on box and apps. I contacted support they reset my channels but still nothing

Lost audio 7/8/16 on Avov 4 with IKS66. Box fine fir everything else. My Avov Plus with IKS66 in bedroom is fine. Confusing IKS66 tried resetting but no luck.

Same here only have 2 channels with audio dmax and disc turbo my other box is fine, can't figure.

i told them all about this and they know just give it time i know its hard to do im in same boat as all but avov is coming back after that hack hold on

So its been a week since no audio on US channels on my Avov 4 online box. How long are we anticipating this problem to be fixed? How did only the Avov 4 get hacked?

Try another reboot now, was losing audio on more and more channels then yesterday all channels I flipped through had audio.

yup was fixed two days ago have checked with many friends all is good now tvonline needs update im happy as heck been down for sometime oh the version should be 1.9.4 thats tvonline not the box version

if this is 4k box do a factory reset and start all over that may help you i know for sure the tvonline 4k boxes is running great has audio and now the vod channels

I did a factory reset on my Online 4 box and everything is working again. Thank you

The one channel I have no sound on is tsn 147.also 145 is totally wrong sound doesn't match what your watching.

look the sound problem was all usa channels now thats fixed
