Login Attempt Limit Reached

Hello,

I ordered a year of service from http://iptvrocket.is/ however when I try to use it with Stalker Client NFPS I keep getting a "Login Attempt Limit Reached" back from the portal.iptvrocket.tv server which is odd because I just turned this thing on. Please see the attached http logs. I have replaced by username and password with xxx's. I have also tried to do the reset many times through the donation checker and it doesn't seem to help. Any help would be appreciated.

Did you try it with other add-ons, like Kodi's built-in Stalker Client?

I have also tried to do the reset many times through the donation checker

Did everything appear ok in the Donation Checker (i.e., account active, MAC is linked, number of days appears correct)?
