Login and password

You have to keep messing with it. What device are you using?

I am having the same issue with a nvdia shield, but I can not enter the login and password. Any body has some sugestions???

hey guys it's a stellr black box android ver 4.4.2

I update to new ver and change the advance setting now I was able to put login and password but when press ok it goes back to login box

On the Shield I just clicked all the advanced settings and was able to put my UN and PW but the language displayed was in Cyrillic. Give that a try. Also, I would use the controller not the remote.

Figured this out for the Shield anyway. Go to common settings Keyboard type choose Software Keyboard and then Software Keyboard input method set to FORCE. You will not see what you are typing but it works.
