loading bar forever

I logged in once and ever since i all i get is the loading bar...

I haven't been able to connect for 10 days now

can anyone direct me to where i can get back on

try an iptv reset and restart the portal... and if that doesnt work


send an email to [email protected] with the following info

Subject: Stuck at loading bar

-Portal address.
-MAC Address.
-Donation Number.
-Firmware version.

have you checked to see if your on net try utub or something just to make sure

Cacique, i assume that you are using a Mag. Here is what you need to do. Go into setup, and then into network. From there, highlight ppoe and put it on or off, depending on which it is. Save and exit and restart portal. You will have to re enter information.

I tried that and Still no luck

My mag was doing this it was all ready updated to the lasted software but I updated it again and it worked
