Kokaleka new install:Your stb is not supported error

Hi. Im new to the community. I purchased ONN streaming 4k boxes for $20.00(amazing deal for the performance btw) . Trying to install Kokaleka but getting a couple errors. I've installed the app on the ONN box- Yes there is a mac ID but I believe the ID on these boxes are dynamic meaning they constantly change instead of being static. When I go on the attached page on the papao site, I get a bit confused as to what to do next. When I try to put in my login name and password- it tells me it cannot connect to server on the box. Am I supposed to generate a new MAC ID and apply it on the box? If so, how do I do that? When I try to click on the portal site-it tells me "your stb is not supported", . Any help would be greatly apprreciated in setting up.

Also if there is a tutorial for setting up specifically the ONN streaming 4k boxes or another box that directions are similar, I would appreciate a link. I am trying to learn as much as I can to understand the technology so I can understand the concept and how to troubleshoot myself instead of always asking here.

using kokaleka app you don't need to attach Mac address. so basically once you launch kokaleka app all you have yo select is correct portal attach to your donation. then enter username and password which is same as your donation code and its case sensitive.
in your case you have to select p1 as I can see on your picture posted on other site.

One thing though- This only is for the PRO Version. For the LITE Version, when I try to log in, it tells me that the server cannot be found. Is that because of the MAC address? The LITE Version although I prefer the interface better than the PRO seems to have a little more difficulty logging in. Would you be aware of why it would be showing this issue?
