Kodi crashes consistently with PVR Guide

So I can recreate this reliability on several Kodi 16.1 installs on Win 10.

Use case:

1. Built in stalker pvr client
2. Open TV guide, everything works
3. Stay on the guide screen without clicking into a channel for approx. 5mins. Boom kodi dies.

It reeks of a memory leak but wondering if anyone has encountered this or has a hotfix or suggestion on how to avoid (other than not linger on the guide).

I use kodi v16.1 on win 10 with stalker and have no issues... I would try a fresh install to verify its not something in kodi (delete the kodi folder in your windows user folder)
if it still continues it usually points to video drivers.

Thanks. One was a complete fresh install with kodi never installed. I'm doubting vid card as this only happens when I'm lingering on the TV guide and not viewing a channel. I'll keep digging.

This exact issue just started happening to me. Finally got everything dialed in and now it crashes.
Did you find out what the problem was?
