A somewhat qualified yes. There are many threads related to this topic. Check the iptv down thread. See what I did to get myself working on the current last page in the article. One commonality...Fire Stick, too.

Try using this portal address http://portal.iptvserver.tv and use simple client PVR configure this address in simple client pvr http://localhost:8899/channels.html?portal=1 enable live tv and let kodi populate the channels and guide. Configure iptv stalker with your valid mac adress and portaliptvser.tv as i written it at beginning. Your guide and Stalker should both work. On the guide you will have to offset time shift -5 hours for guide to be right. I could never get stalker PVR to ever work with any setup myself. but this works great when their servers is working right.

The portal address SHOULD BE http://portal.iptvprivateserver.tv NOT the ones i wrote in above posts, i just noticed i typed wrong ones last night. Mine is set up this way and still working, however lots of freezing this morning.

where on the PVR client addon do you put portal address and where do you put local host?
