IPTV Restream advice

I currently have a VU+ Duo 2 and as cccam is slowly phasing out, i'm looking at IPTV.


The question I have is, how can I resream an IPTV for my other boxes at home (and on mobile). I've already got a small server at home and I'm running Plex.
