I phone text on my PC

When i was usind a apple computer my texts would pot up on my mac
I am wondering if there is a app to make that happen on my PC Win 10

Farmer what Service do you have?

I use AT&T they have a hosted solution but you have to turn off imessage to get it work work why using from you PC
