Where can we find the firmware files for mag254?

Hi guys,

I have two MAG245 that stop working 3 days ago, it says "blocked by provider" but I have contacted provider and they say the mac numbers are not blocked.

We have tried to restart and update software ten times but without any luck.

I have a MAG254 that works with the same provider but not the MAG245

Anyone have a clue how to solve this issue as I cant find any help online

Was there any software update or changes last week to infomir MAG 245
