Ive got iptv running ok on my iMac through Kodi and Stalker
But i wanted a stand alone that worked something like a Home entertainment unit,so i brought a Mag 25 which is what(after reading a lot)i deem it to be best for
But i cant get it going
Being a complete nob at this malarky and the wrong side of 70
Do i need to have the Stalker Middleware installed?
If so how do i go about it
Just to clarify on my Server...Portal 1 name what do i enter here
then Server ....Portal 1 url i presume i enter http://1.privateserver.tv/
which ive done but i get
nothing just a blank screen...doesnt go to the stalker middleware

No, you do NOT need stalker for your Mag...it has it's own Middleware for use..

Mag 25 needs to be more specified.
Is it Mag254 or Mag 250

first you didn't answer the question, which mag do you have 250 or 254, second the url in your pic is wrong, should be... 1.iptvprivateserver.tv that should fix ya up..

Iv a Mag 254
Ive try the portal you suggested but still get the same result
By that i mean the first line in the image i posted
ie. the http:// is still there on the "try again " option
Back to the drawing board

each portal has 2 lines, you enter the url in the second line of whatever portal you are using, the name line can remain blank or enter what you like..

look you for got http.1.iptvprivateserver.tv/ you need the iptv part its missing
