Are you using Kodi? If so, which add-on? You say it does nothing, what does that mean? Is there an error message? Does it try to load, but fails to complete the load? Exactly what happens?

When you were doing the reset, did you make sure everything was good with your account: active, MAC linked, URL is the same as configured in client?

I'm going to assume you are using Kodi, because I can't get that information out of you.

Go into System > Settings > TV > General > Click Enable to disable TV then > Clear data (Yes) > then Click Enable to enable TV.

Give it a minute or two. If it doesn't load, repeat this cycle. After two or three times, it should load, as long as the configuration is correct.

Every once in a while, it has required a few tire kicks to load at my end, too.

I didn't understand because you didn't specify. You are trying to use IPTV Simple client with IPTV Stalker Plus...is that correct?

I had an issue when I tried to use that combination the other day, although it had been working well previously. I haven't researched whether the m3u is being served properly. If you can configure PVR Stalker client for the moment, I'd go that route.

You have the credentials established. Use those, but make sure you disable IPTV Stalker Plus and IPTV Stalker Simple client before you enable PVR Stalker client. Directions for configuring PVR Stalker client are available in Kodi > PVR Clients (and below).

Are you configuring PVR Stalker client or IPTV Stalker Plus? That error occurs more often with IPTV Stalker Plus, although they're both capable of producing it.

If you are getting that error with PVR Stalker client...

Disable PVR Stalker client. Make sure you have both IPTV Stalker Plus and IPTV Simple client disabled. After they are all disabled, and you're certain the configuration is correct in PVR Stalker client, do an IPTV Reset at the donation checker and then re-enable PVR Stalker client.

By "nothing happens," do you mean you no longer get the error message, or do you mean "nothing has changed" and you still get the error message?
