Help with STB blocked and donations

I know I purchased two lifetime donations (years ago) and I can't find the orders...found one ... is there a way to find all orders attached to my email? Presently I am receiving a notice on my fire stick install on one of the sticks that my STB is blocked and need to call the provider. Been years since I installed this and can hardly remember how and what to do. Thanks for any help that can be provided.
Also it seems that the original emails utilized 'bestiptvusa' .... are they out of business and that is why the STB is locked?

'bestiptvusa' would be a reseller. Just that alone would not cause the error message. But maybe they changed things or deleted their client base. Can't really guess, but send me the info and I can do a check on things.
