HELP - server setting

Just bought a Jyazbox v23 and I cant find a way to make the server settings to work.. Always get the same error, "connection failed"..

Can someone please tell me what info do i have to put?

IP/Name: 7.nfpsserver.tv
Port: 15010
ID: 180xxxxxx
Password: 180xxxxxx
DES Key: 610xxxxxx

What im doing wrong?
