HELP.. cant connect

HI .. Im new here. I use avov+
Just got a donation but cant connect to server.
AVOV asks for SERVER URL, User and Pass which i added. DId I add it correct?
Below is what i received after donation (left the info out for security).


IPTV PORTAL:
IKS SERVER: (Dish) (Claro TV 50W) (Dish Mexico) (Sky Mexico)
PORT:
DESKEY:
STATUS: ACTIVE

FOr server I tried both the PORTAL and IKS SERVER and nothing is working.. using PORTAL its says my user and pass is wrong... and with IKS Server it just keeps trying to connect...

any help would be appreciated.

what exact IPTV portal are you entering into the avov ?
You can post that particular bit of info
Tell us exactly how it is been entered on the avov

just keeps wanting me to put user and pass in again as if they are not correct.. but they are.

you are using the 12 or 13 number both times right

Not sure what you are reffering to by 12 or 13?? My IPTV portal number is
11.iptvrocket.tv
??

look in server url you load this 11.iptvrocket.tv
then click use credentials
that has password and user name
which is the 12 0r 13 number they sent out to you and load that on to it and connect you should have tv
now if you dont know what number pm me not here your info and i will show you or any mod can
