Getting display that says donation expired

Have a Mag254 and bought a donation yesterday and worked fine for several hours then got a message donation has expired and to renew. I sent a message to Rocket and they said to use 11.iptvrocket.tv in the portal URL and I did then went to papiao.is/main/search_rocket/ I put in my donation order # and it was not valid. Please advise and thanks.

Did you buy from Iksrocket site or from reseller? More reliable if you buy from the iksrocket site.

You also need to associate the the donation number to Mac address of your Mag ..
I understand need to wait about 30 mins. To take affect after you associate it.
