Getting back to the guide

So once I've selected a channel, and am watching it on full screen, how do I get back to the guide to see what else is on, so that I can change channels?

If it matters, I'm on a Dreamlink T6 and a wireless mouse, or the factory remote.

Press ok button that will bring you back to the guide

It brings up the bar saying what it is, how much time is left, but not the guide with all the other channels (like what you first see after you select "ALL" or "Movies" at the beginning)..

Try to change player to Ijk (menu->Media player)
