Getting a message

I am getting a message that said "February first will need user and password" and a selection "OK or Cancel" I just cancel and the picture comes back, and this is on TV on line. my donation is good till 8/2016 and have a vixo2 box. do any one knows what this mean? thanks.

On the MAG 254 I just clicked Cancel over 7 times till the message finally was gone, plus rebooted 4 times. Try that.
