Factory reset issue

Trying to factory reset mag 254 . All was going as planned unit it got stuck on Tftp load. Any ideas how to un freeze it from there? Thanks

Thanks crazed! Factory reset of the mag was a success! but now I see a Clear User Data button. I don't want to mess anything up for the person who is buying it from me. Am I good to go with just the factory reset? Anyone know what this clear user data is for ? Thanks
