Hello seems like every 2 weeks i have to do a iptv reset because my Mag254 won't connect and i end up watching a blue barber pole. In the past I've gone to the Donation checker and have done a iptv reset and all has been fine. This time it is asking me for a Donation client /Order number /email plus my donation number.
Ive used my email and donation number but it won't let me log in. Anyone know where I might find my "donation client"or "order id number" might be?
