Error when watching IPTV

Got this error
771-Signal loss on satellite in 1. Press SELECT for solutions. This was from DTV
I thought this was through internet not satellite.
This was on channel 182 mag254

Channels come from many sources, that is but one of them. And yes you receive it on the internet right .
