Error when trying to use a new route

Hi,

I have assigned 5 different routes for new customers. When I'm setting up STB Emulator and enter the password it says "Error" I have setup many of them before it this started happening 3 days ago. I have tried changing the MAC, resetting the MAC and nothing. Please help.

check the website thru each code and ensure tbat the server URL is same as what you are using.
If different, then use the URL IPTV Portal that shows at the website for each code.

Which version STBEmulator are you using?
Is it same as what you always used ?
