How do you update the EPG on Dream Online? All I have is a "no information" nag. Is there a button or procedure to populate the EPG?

make sure time is set correctly, thats what i did to fix mines

The time is set to my location but the EPG still says "No Information". Maybe it needs to be set to a different time> What time zone are you on?

Try checking your Internet connection sometimes the information doesn't come for me over wifi but hardwired it comes fine. If you want to test if it is a server issue press epg go to a channel press the yellow button and see if you can find any information a few days prior. If you can then it maybe the server is not loading the epg at the current time
