donation marked as inactive

I just purchased a MAG 254 and moved my donation from an nVidia Shield over to the new MAG 254.
I setup the MAG 254 using the MAC address under the box through Ethernet connection.
Everything was working up until I brought the box downstairs to the living room and connected the MAG 254 using the WI-FI adapter.
It then came up saying that my subscription was blocked.
I tried to check the status and my donation is now marked as inactive and does not allow me to update anything on it.
I have emailed papiao for review, my question is did the fact that I initially set the box up using Ethernet and then used
the wi-fi have blocked my donation because of a difference in MAC Address?
I have tried searching but do not find an answer, thank you for your advice.

The server may see both devices and now inactive. The wifi does not block if the password for the router is used.

Both devices meaning the shield and the mag 254? You may be right, I forgot to unplug or clear the stalker in kodi in the shield. I have now deleted the stalker addon from the shield so hopefully they will clear it for me. Thanks for your fast response.

Not able to do reset or anything the account is inactive and doesn't allow me to edit it.

I have the same issue hier today after problems with the ips i have to reset it in few times and now i see inactive i think all this stalker is bs
