I have tested on 12 different servers and found out that the problem is only with 3 servers (sorry can't use names) from a same family while people are trying to use credentials. All the other servers have no issues. As far for the issue "video can't play also tested on 3 different boxes and problem is only T1 but only on 1 of the server while others were fine.
but I heard from a source they are working on a next update to fix few things. It will start working for you County, keep your hopes higher !
