This is a support site! They do not own the servers... Everyone here tries to help each other, if you have a customer service complaint email them directly! If you don't like the FREE help you get here then try and email them direct and see how much help you get!
By the look of your previous post you seem to think that this is a cable company with a customer service/complaint dept which this doesn't have! If your looking for that type of service go back to cable/satellite TV... Then when you are mad or need help you can call the 800# to complain! This type of service isn't for everyone and you will be happier going back to that type of service! Pay your $100+ a month and go back to trouble free TV...
^^ his right. this isnt a customer service/complaint dept. This people at the forum help us out a lot and try to get us up and running. People like you should go back to cable
and pay the 100+ month to have a stable channels.
