channel down mostly

I gave my donation to watch mostly Globo International but it is freezing or down most of the time...
Can somebody take a look at it and probably fix it???

reset your internet connection modem end router not freezing here

Welcome to IPTV ! Im just glad im not the only one with this issue ! Just hope it gets fixed ! Try rebooting everything first then lets see if its still freezing after a few minutes ? Anyway just ask dara or sat-junkie some questions they seem to have no issues at all !

What can i say I'm loving my service...i did a test on Sunday and had 4 sports channels open at once watching the games and not one buffered on me...when you set up Kodi using external players there is alot you can control

98% of channels up for me. Even Fox UK thats been down for weeks so I'm happy.

I cant get any channel to load i cant even get the add-on to open
I always get error "authorization failed" or "ITV error"

No tv channels working hardly at all now since the maintenance was done, keeps getting worse movies work real well just no tv stations loading and showing only whats playing no pictures or video displaying dark screen????

My buddy who hooked me up with this hd package says there might be alternative portals???
