Cannot log in with donation number.

Hi, I need help. Trying to reset mac address and it`s telling me cant find any information or my donation number expired a long time ago.

I only got it on February 7th so still have another nine months to go.

it says OR it expired.
Send me the info in message and I can check.

include your email
your route number
and the MAC you should have linked.
