It sounds like the connection between the box and your television is not secure. The blue screen is usually the default screen when no signal is being received. Check both ends of the HDMI cable.
ok wend got me a new cable $40. still same thing blue screen with light blue bubble, it look like a bubble,it circle in different size in blue and has not else on the screen but that help jc cell
