Buzztv 3900 don't load the channel

Maybe someone can help me I hope is not my box for example if im watching a channel and I change the channel I have a black screen and I come back to the previous one that I was watching now is black I get the stream not available please try again and then I go back-and-forth back-and-forth until I get the picture and one have this problem?

not sure but you can try few things. try to factory reset if you dont know how to play around with video settings and see if that helps. try to use different players dont know if that will help.

that one i will laugh with you on NBS my 3900 kicks azz one of my favorite boxes and javier_11 boy will you find out anything i get new buzz box thats out and just to be fair with all thats going on in world server are having a problem right now just to let you know

if you get the black screen on all channels and the stream not available please try again. i would think that's internet connection problem.put a speed test on your box and when that happens go to the speed tester and test your speed right away.also if you are on wifi try hard wire or the other way around.

I don't think is my speed but I will like to try a different players but I don't know how I forget to mention that is not in all channels some work fine

You change player by hitting menu button while watching tv then configuration player
