Just got my mag 254. Got it set up, started watching espn and it's freezing very badly. Tried to go in and set a buffer time to more than 0. Went to 1200 but it was still freezing very badly. It will freeze and I will hear audio, then the video will speed up in a fast forward phase. What can I do to fix this?
