Switching from mag to buzz vid stick, trying to switch current donation to new stick. Keep getting expired or not activated? Can someone refresh my memory as to what should go into user name and password? Donation # and email? Both # numbers? I’ve tried steps in forums with no luck. Changed # on checker do I also need to change to new Mac? Sorry for confusion but thanks in advance. Ps donation still works on old mag 70 days left. Thanks

Username And Password Are The Same. You Have To Change The Mac Address

take your Mac address from your vidstick, attach with rocket, enter portal url and you are good to go.

So still nothing. I put D# as user name password on vidstick. On rocket I have new d# and Mac and I’m still getting sub expired or not activated. It accepted my mac update on checker.
