Black screen

HI ppl, im getting Black screen After a few seconds of programas on almost all channels, and The image gets back After about 10 min. Anyone else?

There has been a LOT of freezing today.

There was a notice posted with regards to "Network Maintenance" which may be the cause for black screens, freezing and connection issues. There was no notice of when the maintenance would be concluded.

I read The maintenance and there says could take few hours, could be great if The issue Is about that someone updates and change hours to days xD
Rebooted donation, módem and Is The same

It's pretty bad right now, if i get a channel to connect, it only stays connected for a minute or two.

Same here in and out. Channels last a few seconds. It’s been really bad for the past few days. Your not alone. Just give it time they always get it back up

How long does it take to do maintenance? Because mine has been going black for a week, then replaying scenes 2-4 time. I then change channels and then go back. That sometimes helps. Seems the system is going down hill instead of maintaining.

usually we do get time frame but does not mean it will get fixed within given time frame. sometimes it takes a lot more and some time is really quick. however, you might have different problem then others since you are having issue for a week.
