Black Screen

When I start the emulator I can just see black screen nothing showing up.
Usually when I start I see blue screen and then yellow progress bar and then I am in but recently I am seeing black screen only and I don't know whats going on.
Can someone kindly help.
I have reloaded the profile couple of times but still no luck.

emu version 0.8.4

After multiple tries, now i am only able to get to the blue screen where it says "Your STB is blocked. Call the provider.". Below is the my info:

Portal: 22.iptvrocket.tv
STB EMU version: 0.8.06
MAC add: 00:1A:78:xx:xx:xx

I tried resetting the IPTV and updating/changing with no luck.

I would really appreciate if anyone can share their experience with this issue and how they were able to resolve it.

Try to change MAC address, serial number and device id.

This field is not visible in official NFPS/Rocket/iptv66 versions. Just change MAC and SN, and your device ID will be recreated.
