It has been 3 days that I'm trying to make a donation with the Bitcoin.
I tried different credit cards (they are all empty) and I keep getting that transaction is declined because of policy restrictions.
Where do I go wrong?
is there any bitcoin ATM available where you can pay with cash and buy bitcoins or directly send them? if yes then use that but as far card I have no clue why is getting declined.
Was having same issue - If you are in or near Canada go to a Post Office and purchase a Visa gift card. Be sure to put enough on the card to cover the US$ value of the donation plus 2.5% for the foreign exchange "charge". I put an extra $20 on which you can always use anywhere Visa is accepted. Cards cost $5 or $6. The gift card worked for me
