Authorization issue

Today when I went to IPTV I got an authorization code error message. It had been a while since I had gone there and took me a while to figure out there had been an update to my Mag 254. After update all good. Live and learn!

i have mag254 and all i did was turn off and on

I did not unplug it, but turning off and back on did not install the update. Manual was the only method that worked for me.

Happened to me as well i rebooted the unit all is well now.
