Authentication login problem

Hi,
i'm glad to communicate with you, Dear friend, I had an issue with my IPTV, more than two months i'm not able to login in my TV screen IPTV. Each time I tried it says error, in the authentication login screen.
I just renew my donation and my IPTV is active but I can't see anything.
