Many have problems with the STB emu's. Make sure you have the latest version. (However, I have seen some people have problems and then resolve it with a roll back to an earlier revision.) My suggestion: If you can install Kodi on your device, do so, and configure the built PVR Stalker client. There are instructions in the Kodi > Stalker Clients subforum farther down the page.
Now, I'm not saying you can't use the emulator, but the Kodi avenue might be easier. What is the error message you are getting? As long as everything is configured correctly, you could try an IPTV Reset at the Donation Checker to see if that helps.
