When an error message appears saying the firmware of your STB is outdated. Please update it you can find an easy fix it in this forum thread . It worked just fine for me.Hope that helps.

this install can only be implemented by the operator (papiao would be the operator in this case).
As it stands now, papiao is not supporting the Ministra middleware.
