Adding a portal to Mag 254

I am not sure of the protocol around adding another portal, for instance I read its not possible to add Kodi.
Well what about terrarium TV, can that be added ( although this seems to be available as a APK file )
Can anyone make this clear for me please?

Mag 254 is not an Android Box. It is a critter all it's own. Does not run Apps per say. That said there are a few but they are specially done for the mag from what I remember. (Trying to dust off the cob webs here...) Look for a post called "Adding Apps to Mag 254", Or something along that line..... Just can't remember the exact name... Sorry.
