Too Much buffering at peak times - Very poor Service

yeah.. this is mostly apun and I comparing.. ppl are saying its a fact that live events buffer coz its the server that's overloaded. looking to see if it really is a fact coz I never experienced it. admin gets blamed for not being trusted, no matter what they say.. I am an unbiased test individual. if the server really is overloaded I should have the same issue's, and start seeing buffering.

it does not look that way.. both channels are running smooth.. so its not a fact apun and others.

its not the service/servers that's overloaded, its not the addon, the real reason have been explained by a few people in this thread.
and no things are not as easy as pushing a button.

I watched Fox sports from 130 - 2:45 est with ZERO Buffering !!

Now with almost 15 mins into the game, It is starting to buffer every 2 mins for 10 seconds, I will report back after the game because just like all the events before, as the event goes on the buffering becomes more and more to a point where the channel is not watchable.

Everyone who wants to report buffer plz mention your device/channel/ buffer length/occurrence. tnx

are you able to to record a 10-15 min video now of the match showing your software also plz, i really want to see, because now for me both Fox channels are unwatchable, buffers every 30 seconds. I would appreciate it. thanks make it towards the end of the match if possible. ESPN 2 also buffering for me ....tnx

sure.. I have to make a getto stand again.. the ipad is dead too now so the end of the match seems fine.

i'll just use my iPhone, I thought I had to intall iTunes and crap to extract the video.. but its the same as ipad.. lol and I only had this iPhone 3 for nearly 10 years.

oh well fair is fair, I did see some buffer interrupts on fox sports 1, towards the end of the 1st halftime
fox sports 2, espn 2, no interruptions.

I have the last 10-15 mins on video no buffering on any of the channels. as said fox sports 1 buffered 5-10 times towards the end of 1st half. nothing at all in 2nd half.

edit: crap they are pretty big 200 & 100 MB of cause windows do not play them lol, xbmc does though..
i'll either shrink them to a more playable format than mp4 in a MOV container or just up them somewhere, dont get mad if I fall a sleep and gets finished in the middle of the night or morning. (here)
running on CET, pretty good game btw, not from a team fan view heh I know nothing about that but suspenseful point of view. and changing channels back and forth every 5-10 mins. I saw the goals though lol.

oh btw, I browsed a little in the video so you could see what I am using.

its a fire-tv with android, using kodi 16 Jarvis b3, stalker pvr addon, and a 55" led tv. no advancedsettings file, or any special gimmicks.

upgrading to Jarvis fixed the codec issues one of my devices had and also minor on the firetv after spending some more time with it heh most ppl probably wont even notice it.. I dont believe Jarvis has anything todo with buffering though since its the same.

and you know surprisingly in the 2nd half towards the end and right now (games ended) the buffering stopped for me, and now both channels are running smooth with very little bit buffering here and there (which is not bad at all).

Tuxen I just wanted to see why you were not getting buffer before when many of us are, anyways since you also reported we know whats going on and the NFPS team knows, so hopefully they get this sorted, all the best to them the mods can close this thread and everyone can cross their fingers and hope for the best lol

for me HBO, AMC, CInemax, Starz, Sports.... always buffering every 5 sc. Each days since two weeks now. Only english channels works fine (sky...)

it was not like the game became unwatchable at any time as said it froze maybe 5-10 times in the end of first half, nothing in second, nothing on fox sports 2 or espn 2.. it could be many things it buffered much to little to really say. it did buffer I'm not denying that. you are saying you get a little buffering here and there, and unwatchable espn 2, fox sports 2, I get none of that, so there still is a very big difference between experiences.

i'm at least at interested as you, but basing this on 5 freezes on one channel and urging mods to close the thread is a bit dodgy. to me at least
ever heard to prove a experiment you have to be able to replicate it.

but if it makes you happy go with it.. i'm not the one with problems, and its is not factual to me unless I can replicate it
I will watch tomorrow, and the 12'th, and maybe i'll have been converted.
