As multiple mods and members have stated this should not be your only source of TV... If you are only planning on using this as your source for TV then of course you are not going to be happy! A major cable TV provider is testing iptv in a major city and guess what.... Customers are having issues with buffering/skipping... So if a major cable provider is having issues and they have a lot more money/resources than this provider how can anyone possibly think there will not be growing pains? If you are a reseller thinking this is a get rich quick product than you should have done some reading/ research before getting into this!! You will be getting complaints just like the big cable providers do... I live in a small town with a great internet provider so maybe that has something to do with it as I rarely have any issues! This service works great for what I paid period!
leave it up to I to, chime in with no answer to the problem is it getting better some what will it get better I hope

Ok for having an other way to watch TV like some says here... but i have not. Only some add ons (with AMC and others premium channels working perfectly in 576p) but i don't like to use them.

If i pay for something, it's for using it, i think it's normal to have something back for my money. Not always saying "problems can occurs sometime". It can happens of course, but not 2 weeks long ! (and it's not finished yet...)

The worst thing is to not have any announcement about the thing, the work in progress...

I would like to know if they think about adding days on our donations for all the days we already lost...
You are paying about 29 cents a day so step back and think long and hard what you can get for that type of money... As with anything you should always have a backup option as many people have said this should not be your only source of TV... If anyone thinks that they can "cut the cord" for $105 a year for something that would be well over that a month then you are not thinking with your head.... Again for 29 cents a day the service is great and if they are working on the system and there is freezing then you can go to your backup plan! As I said there is a major cable provider test iptv in a major city and with all the money and resources they have they have freezing issues, if you can't live with it then this type of service isn't for you

LMAO I swear some of ya'll talk like this is DN customer service... Hell, even if it was I wouldn't address them like that. This is supposed to be a community, you should express your concerns as FEEDBACK, not rants and rude complaints. The way you say things makes all the difference (in life period, it has nothing to do with this specifically!!). AFAIK this is a new-ish technology, just be glad you're a part of it and watch it progress with time; or if you can't handle an unstable service come back in a few years when it is. And lol @ all this nonsense about "having your money's worth", I laugh at you if you haven't already. I mean, just watching a few PPVs can be worth $80 ffs.

AND how much TV can ya'll watch in a day anyway??? Like I swear I saw this one guy saying on another thread that his thanksgiving was ruined because of this ROFLMAO. Get a grip.

TL;DR: Incite them to improve the service instead of giving them every reason not to

I'm not in USA, it's the only way for me to have USA channels. So.... i got no choice.

And it's not a matter of price.

And because it's 29 cents a day, we should accept it don't work ? And we have to say "ok no prob..." ?

I took the service 2 weeks ago. Was perfectly working, impressive. I imagine the lot of work the team do. But boom, two days after, buffering and the actual problems...

I'm ok for problems, but not so long. But if u're ok with that it's impressive.

I don't care paying for that. I just want the thing work for good. Yesterday the UK channels were still working. Today, no.

Ah yes, only israel, spain, and some channels we don't care about are working...

Question regarding channel 835 telemundo and 836 telemundo internacional

What is the problem with the telemundo USA 835 and telemundo internacional 836 that we're functioning in the beginning of the service?
I bought the service basically for watching telemundo USA channel 835 and now it never works.
Could you please get it up and running again.

    Thanks.

There are services out there and you can get USA channel's but guess what it's up over $200 a month... This is $105 a year! If you want a consistant service with no down time then this isn't for you. Pay the $200 plus a month and you will get the channels you want worry free! For the cost of this service it works great if you have a backup plan as many have pointed out over and over and over again.... The system isn't perfect so it's either deal with it or just be ticked off when you want to watch something. Just like with anything in life your going to purchase doing just a little research goes a really long way! If people would just read these forums before purchasing maybe just maybe they wouldn't be complaining as there are a number of threads stating the issues and that they should not really on this as your only source period!

@ unheeding very well said! People this isn't a cable or satellite company here... Do you see any 800 service number to call?
