IPTV StbEmu Release thread - All Versions

v.0.7.03.01

Free version:
armv7a

What's new:
* Fixed saving checkbox state in settings.
* Some fixes in software keyboard.

Some notes about s/w keyboard:
1. On some devices it still doesn't work, can't even be opened. And I don't know why (at least yet).
2. If the emulator doesn't have any reaction on s/w keyboard key press, set "Software keyboard input method" in Common settings to "Forced".
3. On FireTV you won't see the entered text when you entering channel number/password and some other text, because text preview in keyboard doesn't work. However when you entering a text into text fields on a web page (i.e. authorization dialog) it should work as usually.
4. You may not be able to change entered text if s/w keyboard input method is set to "Forced".

Quick question what is the difference from google stb and rocket version. I have always use the stb one. I just install the rocket one seems it has merged my info from other emulator program I was using?? is one better than the other??

Rocket/nfps/iptv66 are based on Pro version of the emulator. The only difference is that you cannot change portal URL in profile and some options are preconfigured.

Thanks, so how did it know to transfer info into the stb rocket emulator??

Save/restore settings in Common settings. If you don't need the default profile (because for now when you restore settings you restore all profiles as well, so you may get duplicates of profiles), delete it before restoring.

I don't think you understood what I was asking. I just install the rocket Iptv emulator, it was stuck on the blue barber pole. I said for the hell of it going to reload the portal, next thing I knew it started to load my profile that was set up in the google stb all my info was is the preset rocket profile without out me entering anything. just different serial number everything was the same. So I just uninstalled the google emulator and have been using the rocket. Think that pretty cool how it did that.

That mean you are using the mac address from the box. As the emulator will grab the mac from your box and it already comes with the Rocket URL that is why it loaded
