Rocket IPTV Swapping device help please

My friend was having problems setting up his rocket iptv. I had set stalker up before so I said I would see if it worked through my laptop, turns out even after i disabled stalker and disabled stalker and even after he tried changing his mac address, he now can not log on. I have no interest what so ever in using it, I was just wondering if anyone knew how I could get it reset so he can use his donation. It was an honest mistake. Any advice would be nice. I tried contacting sales over at rocket and have not heard back. I am not trying to scam. To be honest between Ccloud Cloud Pear StreamStorm IsraeLive and quite a few more I see no need for it. Regardless I would like to figure out how I can get my ip removed so he can use it. Thanks everyone

he can change his mac address any time he wants to same way he set it up

He has changed the mac address several times, he can not authenticate, either that or failed to connect to server. Using stalker client

Any other help would really be appreciated, not sure if the issue is because it was used at two different ip's. It was just to help and nothing more than that

It turns out that the culprit was Kodi 16.0 alpha 3. Went back to 15.1 and all its good for him now. Thanks very much

unless you're a Kodi supporter and sending data logs, it's always better to use latest stable release, thks...
